At Holder Partners, she supports consulting engagements involving operational and organizational challenges, combining information and process analysis, root-cause identification, management model development, and cross-functional coordination. Her work focuses on translating findings into practical solutions and supporting clients throughout the process, from diagnosis through implementation, with an emphasis on sustainable results.

Prior to entering consulting, she spent more than 11 years at one of Argentina’s leading electricity distribution companies, where she held positions across commercial, technical, and corporate security functions.
