She specializes in integrating marketing, communications, and event execution to translate positioning objectives into initiatives that effectively engage priority audiences and strengthen stakeholder alignment.

Michelle’s background includes consulting support for the Phoenix Global Forum, a regional platform of the International Economic Forum of the Americas (IEFA), where she contributed to program development and strategic outreach. She is also the co-founder of BAM! Empowerment Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing training and professional development to nonprofit and community organizations.

Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arizona and Florida, Michelle brings extensive experience in property management and commercial operations. Her work in ESG strategy, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination reflects a deep understanding of diverse perspectives and the operational discipline required to build relationships, advance initiatives, and deliver programs aligned with business objectives.
