Frank Holder

Frank Holder is the Founder and CEO of Holder Partners, bringing over 25 years of global leadership in corporate investigations, security consulting, financial advisory, and risk management.

Prior to founding Holder Partners, Frank served as Chief Operating Officer of a global engineering consulting and financial services firm with offices in 28 countries. He oversaw operations, corporate development, and strategy, helping the firm more than double its revenue while maintaining industry-leading margins. He also held senior leadership positions at international professional services firms, including Partner an Head of the Global Segment, Chairman of Latin America, and member of the Executive Committee of a publicly traded consulting company.

Earlier in his career, Frank founded and led Holder International and Holder Associates, both of which were acquired by global firms. He has directed major corporate investigations, anti-corruption cases, product protection strategies, and litigation support assignments across the U.S. and Latin America. Recognized as a security expert, he has designed security systems for international airports, seaports, and complex distribution networks, and has served as an expert witness in high-profile cases in the United States and abroad. Frank began his professional journey in the U.S. Air Force as a political-military analyst at the U.S. Embassy in Argentina and later as a Special Agent with the Office of Special Investigations at Langley Air Force Base. For his valor following the AMIA bombing in Buenos Aires, he was awarded the Airman’s Medal.

He is a sought-after speaker and thought leader on money laundering, anti-corruption, risk management, and security, and has taught at Georgetown University, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Universidad Católica, Universidad del Salvador, the University of Miami, and Florida International University. He served for 15 years on the Advisory Board of the RAND Corporation.
