Arturo is an Associate Director with over 10 years of experience leading and supporting complex quantitative and qualitative engagements. His work includes appraisals, risk assessments, anticompetitive investigations, and economic valuations, as well as national-level political analysis, politically exposed person (PEP) profiling, corporate governance system design, and the review and implementation of FCPA procedures and compliance best practices for multinational corporations and financial institutions.
Arturo brings extensive expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) assessments and compliance solutions across Latin America and the United States, supporting organizations including real estate firms, casinos, free zone enterprises, and banks. His deep understanding of Latin America’s political and economic landscape enables investors and international organizations to identify, assess, and mitigate regional and project-level risks. Previously, Arturo served as Managing Consultant at J.S. Held LLC (2021–2023) after advancing from Associate to Managing Consultant at Berkeley Research Group LLC. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Economic Analyst at the Venezuelan Central Bank on the National Consumer Price Index team.
