Ernesto Carrasco Ramírez is a Managing Director at Holder Partners and a Colombian attorney with over 30 years of experience in criminal law, criminology, and high-stakes investigations. He has held senior government positions and executive roles in multinational corporate intelligence firms across Colombia and Mexico. Ernesto specializes in complex investigations, strategic security, and cross-border disputes, leading initiatives in due diligence, asset tracing, corruption, organized crime, political risk, and institutional strengthening.

For over 20 years, he held executive roles at U.S.-based consulting firms, including JS Held LLC, Berkeley Research Group LLC, and Kroll LLC. In government, he served as National Director of Prosecutors, Head of the International Affairs Division, Director of the Special Investigations Unit, and District Overseer at the Bogotá District Oversight Office. Currently, Ernesto advises clients independently in Mexico and Colombia on strategic risk, security, and investigative matters.
